One of our users created a CrowdBreak Affinity List containing all of the U.S. governors, to follow state-level response to COVID-19. Our platform tracks the rate of interaction of social posts for all sources within an affinity group.

Over the last 30 days, NY Governor Andrew Cuomo leads the pack in terms of affinity market share, adjusted for population, while MI Governor Gretchen Whitmer has the highest engagement score.

Looking at these two metrics together can uncover additional insights. For example, a low market share + high engagement score can indicate that a source has an opportunity to make a greater impact within their affinity. On the flip side, a high market share + low engagement score means that a source might not be leveraging their reach as well as they could be.
